At Nihara, every silhouette is crafted with artisanal devotion and strict tailoring precision. We aspire for your complete delight with every ensemble you acquire. If your garment requires adjustment or does not meet your desires, our Concierge is dedicated to providing an effortless resolution.

1. COMPLIMENTARY EXCHANGES & ELIGIBILITY WINDOW
• We accept exchange and return requests initiated within seven (7) days from the documented date of delivery.
• To be eligible for an exchange or return, garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and retained in their original fold with all Nihara tags and muslin garment packaging intact.

2. ATELIER REVERSE PICKUP CONCIERGE
• To initiate a request, access our website's interactive Returns & Exchange Portal or contact our WhatsApp Client Advisory.
• Upon authorization, our premier courier partner will arrive at your destination within 24 to 48 business hours to execute a prepaid reverse pickup.

3. SETTLEMENT OPTIONS
• Sizing Exchanges: We provide one complimentary size exchange per order to assure your impeccable fit.
• Perpetual Store Credit: You may elect to receive your full garment value as Nihara Atelier Gift Credit, valid indefinitely across all future seasonal drops.
• Original Payment Refunds: For confirmed manufacturing faults or transit damage, full reimbursement will be executed directly back to your original source of payment (Bank Card/UPI/Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days following studio quality verification.

4. BESPOKE & EXCLUSIONS
• Custom-tailored ensembles, altered sleeve/waist proportions, and celebratory promotional archive closeout garments are crafted exclusively for you and are strictly non-returnable.
